Hospital Packing List

I'm making my packing list for the hospital this week and getting ready to pack everything up to get ready for the big day! I have compiled a list of things I've been told to pack and wanted to share it with you. I know many of you are also pregnant & might benefit from such a list. Feel free to leave a comment with other things you think are essential for me to add!!

For Me:

  • Chapstick
  • Lotion
  • Socks
  • House Shoes
  • PJs
  • Going home outfit
  • Nursing bra
  • Underwear a size up & that you don’t care about to go over the ice pack diaper! J
  • Hair ties
  • Toothbrush/Toothpaste
  • Deodorant
  • Hairbrush
  • Makeup
  • Phone Charger
  • Camera & Charger
  • Pillow
  • Laptop
  • Heating pad
  • Shower essentials

For Emily:

  • Going home outfit
  • Jammies J
  • Socks
  • Mittens or 2nd pair of socks
  • Pacifier
  • Swaddler
  • Blanket
  • Memory book

  1. Looks like you've got everything covered! I skipped out on the make-up :) Although, looking back, maybe I shouldn't have.

  2. Great list. I would add snacks, cokes in a mini ice chest if your hubs likes them, and a headband. Oh, what I would have done for a headband to keep my hair out of my face (it kept coming out of the hair ties) and help me look presentable in pics.
