Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

I have been pinning pepperoni pizza recipes lately to make for my husband. Hoping that my palate will enjoy the change of not just pepperoni pizza. I first made Pepperoni Pockets that I came up with on my own, but then started pinning for inspiration. I found this pizza casserole and made it for us tonight. Major perk? It was super easy to make!! You can find the recipe at The Tuckers Take Tennessee.

Here are some specifics from my own experience that weren't really mentioned in the recipe:

I used a can of Hunt's spaghetti sauce (half on bottom & half over the noodles). I also used Sargento mozzarella cheese over the sauce & noodles so I didn't have to use the shredded to cover the spaghetti. I used a LOT of pepperonis since Cody loves them so much and then I sprinkled a little bit of shredded over the top to make it look prettier. I baked it at 350 for 20 minutes, it didn't technically get bubbly but I was hungry and the cheese had melted :) The other recipe mentions mushrooms & olives which I would have loved, but there is no way Cody would have given it a chance.

And the final product...

Mmm it was tasty! And you can get Cody's review later this week at The Pepperoni Pizza Guy! You should probably go ahead and go follow him...NOW! :)
