Pumpkin Craft Night

Have I mentioned I started a moms group? Well I did & I've been planning at least one monthly moms activity for a couple of months now. After pinning a few pumpkins I wanted to make a few months ago I decided a pumpkin craft night was a must! Everyone seemed to love the idea so we planned it for the night of October 1st so that we could get our decor up before Halloween slipped pass all of us. We all brought our own supplies and a pinterest inspired dessert.

I think we all had a lot of fun sitting around talking and making our pumpkins. I know if we wouldn't have had the craft night there is no way I would have ever made my pumpkin so I am really happy we did. Now I admit I didn't get any pictures of people because I feel like such a nerd taking pictures. I will work on this for the future, but I did get pictures of all of our pumpkins!

Lee's are the two on the left & mine is on the right. I want to make the BOO one too but didn't have time to grab pumpkins. Love how these look!

These are Bryana's...p.s. she totally free handed her K's which means I'm super impressed!

Amy & Emily both made these cute chevron pumpkins:

And Kristen took the carving approach.

Of course in Jana fashion I forgot to take pictures of all the delicious desserts. We had Crock Pot Pumpkin Spice Latte, Moscato w/ Plums, Pumpkin Muffins with Cinnamon Cream Cheese frosting, Popcorn w/ candy corn & white chocolate, Witches Hats, & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip.

I brought the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip:

It was good but I would not call it chocolate chip cookie dough dip because it's more of a chocolate chip cheesecake dip. It's good but really in no way reminds me of cookie dough. I served mine with graham crackers which was delicious!
